- Ordering: Drag the ☰ icon to move layers up or down. Heat flow is calculated from top (Outside) to bottom (Inside).
- Surface Films: Outside and Inside air films are added by default as per ASHRAE. You can delete them if modeling a sub-component.
- Custom Materials: Select "Custom" to enter thermal conductivity for specific vendor data.
- Air Gaps: For air cavities, set conductivity to 0 and enter the R-value directly (typically 0.15 to 0.18).
