Three Indian NEBOSH/IOSH training failures

  1. NEBOSH certificate from non-accredited centre — only NEBOSH-approved learning partners can issue certificates. Indian sites sometimes accept fake/non-accredited certs. Specify direct NEBOSH/IOSH verification per UKAS accreditation.
  2. Refresher + recertification cycle missed — NEBOSH valid 5 years, IOSH 3 years. Indian sites use 10-year-old certs as proof. Mandatory expiry tracking + automatic refresher booking.
  3. Behaviour-based safety BBS not implemented after NEBOSH — NEBOSH IGC alone doesnt change behaviour. Combine with BBS programme (DuPont STOP + Heinrich Hierarchy + Bradley Curve). Specify BBS at programme start.
